Teck provided all the lift engineering to transport and assemble this 18 ft diameter x 150 ft high stack at a Canadian Natural Resources project site on behalf of Phoenix Industrial Maintenance. The lifting saddles were used to transport the two sections to site and to lift the stack sections off the transport vehicle. The design included temporary internal stack bracing, lifting lugs, and a lifting beam. A complete set of lifting engineering drawings were provided to the crane company to execute all these critical lifts in a safe and efficient manner.
