Piping design for the Sukari Gold Mine Power Station project located 50 km from Marsa Alam in Egypt. This 28 MW diesel-fired power station comprised of four 7 MW MAK diesel-fired gensets, heavy fuel oil (HFO) treatment system and tank farm.
Teck’s responsibilities included mechanical and piping design for the power station and the fuel storage tank farm. The project lead consultant was W.N. Brazier Associates Inc.
